"I appreciate the hard work Jose did on our limited budget. The job was incredibly lengthy and difficult and Jose took the job where many other contractors completely vanished. For that he deserves the 5 stars. We no longer feel our home is unsafe to live in and for that he also deserves the score we gave him. In the future I would have liked to see a bit more care on color matching and accuracy. Some cosmetic bricks stick out at angles and we had to go behind his work and fix a few issues. He also did not clean up the entire work area after completing the job. All minor issues though and only little cost. Jose was a man of his word though, and after the last payment still came back and finished the last bit of the job."
