Eric, the plumber, arrived on schedule did a thorough diagnostic of the unit, identified the cause of the temperature variances and investigated parts availability with the manufacturer. He advised that our particular unit (and its component electrical controls) is no longer being manufactured and that a replacement "motherboard" could not be secured from the manufacturer. Further, he obtained a price quote for an updated replacement unit and determined the cost(s) of installation. Our old unit is still working and will need to be replaced in the near future. As the work becomes necessary there is no question that we will contact All About Plumbing have have them do the work."
