"the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked.
