We knew once the old roof was off there were likely to be undetectable issues. (the roof was old and in obvious disrepair - leaks). We were offered more than one solution with price quotes. Considering the additional repairs needed and weather (rain) they finished in a reasonable time frame. Once the job was finished they returned the area, at the very least, as good as they found it. The roofs look better than we anticipated. We had a couple of questions after the completion and Mike came back at our convince and answered them to our satisfaction.
