They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. Francisco and his dad, a master carpenter, also took care of the fine details for a staircase remodel, adding end pieces for unfinished edges. Cortez A1 Remodeling was on time, communicated well, and competent. I have other house projects requiring plumbing and electrical work.
