"Everything went well - Bob showed up on time and spent about 90 minutes on the job. He brought a "weed whacker" with him to edge the boundaries of my driveway and a blower to clean off all debris before starting. Then he began the process of applying the seal coat. Just as he explained when he gave me the estimate, he hand-brushed the edges where the asphalt meets concrete or pavers, then sprayed the rest. Driveway looks great, and there was no over-spray of the seal coat on my brand-new pavers and year-old concrete which made me happy. Will definitely call Bob when it's time to do this again."

"Matt and his associate acted professional the entire time they were in my home. They showed when expected. Matt instructed me on what he will be doing and what to expect from him. They answered a lot of questions. He helped me choose the grout and even offered to pick it up for me. They began work and cleaned up everything and took all trash when they left. They installed backsplash and it looks great. I definitely recommend rep-Tile flooring and more. *His price was very reasonable too!"

"William was excellent, fast, and left the place spotless. Refinished hardwood floors like the pro he is. We especially liked his presentation of the stain choices applied to the freshly sanded floor. Great job - highly recommend. Not only a floor specialist, William is an excellent handyman - for a very reasonable price, we rehired him to hang 75 inch TV on wall."

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Blackwood, NJ

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
