"I have used their services personally as well as professionally for years. I recently mistakenly sent a zelle payment to the Owner, who is actually named Mercedes. As soon as I realized I made this mistake, when the Mercedes I intended to pay reached out to me, I reached out to her to let her know my mistake. Not only did she not return my messages, she blocked me and kept the $505. To say I am disgusted and appalled is an understatement. Not only was I a good customer, I provided her with thousands of dollars worth of mint condition clothing for her daughters every season. Leather coats, winter coats, dresses, Ugg boots, etc. I made many attempts to reach out to her and have been ignored. I even pleaded and said please at least come do a deep clean and return some of the money to me. No response to myself or my bank who has been trying to contact her on my behalf. I would be very wary of allowing someone with this kind of moral character into your home."

Once John came out, he gave a clear report on what work needed to be done and a reasonable price, and did not try to nickel and dime me (like others quoted) for additional work - it was only was needed to fix the roof. I called to finalize, and he was able to get me onto schedule within a few days that aligned with my schedule and the weather. Work was done quickly and professionally, he showed me pictures of the the damage, what he did to resolve it, and told me to reach out if any issues. Fantastic service end to end."
