Since then, I have recently moved (an event that the mere idea of, before I called Janice, would've sent me into a terrible panic attack), and even though most of the junk and embarrassment are gone, I plan to have her back again soon to help me organize my new space and make sure I'm living in a place that works best for me, and that I can relax and be happy in. I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. I submitted a detailed inventory list and we agreed on a pickup on Monday with delivery by the dedicated truck on Saturday. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! Absolutely nothing was damaged which is truly amazing, considering the distance travelled of approx. 2,100 miles! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. Bethany came in and came up with a plan right away even encompassing our front door as well as helping us with picking out colors that will eventually paint the outside of our home. Bethany was able to help me with putting curtains over our trapezoid windows so that I'm still able to have the sunlight when I want it but am able to cover them when we need the shade. She was patient with us with getting the room painted and we love the shade that she picked out. Everyone comments on our play space and curtains but also immediately notices the new color.
