He’s was thorough both inside and outside, and from top to bottom, climbing underneath the deck and into the attic, and checking everything in between. Periodically, he would discuss with me some of his observations before continuing to another area. He was very polite and respectful and even removed his shoes when inside. He was able to address all of my questions and also address how certain repairs could be made. He said the report would be ready that evening and it was. "It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
