"Derrick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous when he came to preform his services. I had additional services performed over and above the original prices of $199.00. The $199.00 took care of 4 trees based on the amount of trimming needed done. I then had him take care of an additional 2 trees for a very reasonable price. He took his time and trimmed or cut everything very nicely! He and is staff cleaned every branch up and hauled away or shredded the birch limb. He even let know that I needed a gutter cleaned out. AND did I mention, he was here on New Years Eve!!! Not a lot of people would do that. Great job and thanks!!!!!!!"

The job was completed as soon as it was warm enough and not raining. There was a small glitch between what was done and what we expected. Once I notified the office, they sent someone back the next day to finish the job to everyone's satisfaction. I think they are professional, experienced, and honest about what the plan should be. "two young men made quick work of the large tree by cutting it into pieces small enough to move. They were polite and also cut down a smaller dead tree which only took a couple of minutes but was very helpful.

"These guys are good. They took the tree down with electrical wires on both sides of the tree. I was impressed. I sat there and watched them. I went back down and said, I have a tree to take down in my backyard. They took one big tree and two small ones down on my backyard. One guy has the equipment and he's a very good climber. He does the sawing. What they did was lower it down with ropes and pulleys so it doesn't fall down and crack your patio. It doesn't knock over any bushes. I had bushes and I was very concerned about ruining things in the garden area, hitting my fence. They know what they're doing. It was a 40-45 foot  Ash tree. It took them a day and a half. They came out on a Saturday. They us they were coming out. I said, go ahead, we won't be home. I wasn't happy with the fact that we weren't going to be home but they're busy guys. We came home and I was very impressed. There was no problems. They're very good. I will absolutely use them again."
