"I would first would to thank the owner Ed and his co-worker Joe for their outstanding job they did replacing our old driveway. Ed was very easy to work and his 30 years of doing driveways showed. Week one taking only one day to remove the old driveway and week 2 to repave in one afternoon. He has great team of workers that got the job done with outstanding end results. "We definitely recommend EB Asphalt and Landscaping. We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "Had a fantastic experience. Jay came out quickly to give us a quote and patiently answered all of our questions. He always answered all of my calls through this process and got answers for me right away. We decided to hire them and they came to start the job within the week. They totally replaced our driveway and added a new section. It looks fantastic. The job was done in two days. The workers were fast and cleaned up well after themselves. We knew our invisible dog fence would be cut in the process and had that company on call to come fix it once the driveway was done. We didn’t end up needing to have them come out, though because the paving company was able to splice it back together and feed it through underneath the driveway through a conduit. Saved us some time and money there! They’re also going to come back to put down topsoil and grass seed around the new driveway to build up protection against water getting under there. Would definitely recommend."

"I highly recommend Guarco Construction. Carl Guarco and his crew just completed paving and curbing my parents' long, steep, curving driveway -- not an easy job. They dug up and removed the old asphalt, gave extra attention to preparing the bed, paved the main driveway, installed curbing and a secondary driveway/parking spot. Carl kept me well informed during the entire process and always responded to my calls and questions right away. The driveway looks beautiful. I would definitely hire Guarco Construction again for other paving work."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
