"Their communication is poor, I claimed a deal for the service and they called back and told me to make sure that the driveway is cleaned up, so I cleaned the driveway and prep it for them to do the sealcoating, the service was set to done tomorrow, I called them them up today to confirm the service tomorrow, the lady who answered said she would call me back in an hour, I never got a callback; I call them again and they now told me that its too far for them to provide the service, therefore unable to provide the service. "I called the contractor twice. Each time he said he would come the next day but he never showed up or called. In fact, the second I called, he didn't remember that I called the first time. UPDATE: 10/17/2019 They called me and said they have real hardship in the family and apparently the contractor had some mental problems because of the family hardship. They offered that they will do the job for free but I already had the job done."
