"I signed up for the service through AngiesList on December 2.  I called them and they said they would inspect our roof on December 7 or 14.  I have not heard from them.



Update:  April 21, 2014.  We had signed up through Angie's List and somehow it was lost at one end or the other.  Once we had made connection and the snow had melted off the roof, the inspection was completed.



The shingle that had blown off in late November, was repaired as part of the inspection.  Eave trough was installed to reduce the wear on a portion of the roof that experiences significant runoff.  The seal around a vent pipe had deteriorated and was replaced. 



We will need a new roof in a couple of years, and they will definitely be invited for a bid.

"Douglas understood the need to handle the repair quickly, and while waiting for the permit and materials provided a temporary construction barrier to ensure our and the neighbors dogs were contained on the proper sides of the fence. Since it was the holiday weekend, we expected the permit to take longer and scheduled the repair for later in the weeks, but when he was able to get the permit immediately, we were able to reschedule sooner. He did a great job at a reasonable price and was extremely considerate about our time, property and animals. While working and cleaning up he was very careful about clearing any nails or wood shards that might present a danger for our dogs. The new section of the fence looks great, and he provided guidance as to when it would be ready to paint or stain and why.
