"We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."

"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. It was a large job as the roof is approximately five thousand square feet and has a number of different slopes and pitches plus skylights that were either covered or replaced. The crew of fourteen along with the owner arrived at 7:30am. When the old roof was removed it was discovered that a much larger amount of the plywood than expected was wet and needed to be replaced. They managed to do this seamlessly and stayed to finish the job that day. I was very impressed with how the crew worked together. The next morning they replaced all the gutters. I highly recommend Luna for both repairs and replacement."

"this is a review about what went right. Caroline called me within a couple of hours of my inquiry on Angie's List. We set up an appointment for that same day with Steve. He reviewed the roof and proposed project, which was to replace the asphalt shingles. I was originally thinking about a metal roof and he provided me some good perspective on this choice. He left me with a detailed proposal which covered everything. Two days later we signed a contract for this job. Although it has been a really rainy season they completed this job within the estimated timeframe. The crew and dumpster arrived on the arranged day. My house is kind of small but I was surprised when they finished in little over six hours, including cleanup. The clean up was done as they proceeded and they left my yard in better shape than when they arrived. The roof looks great and just in time for our first snow. When I realized I needed a roof I got a bit scared as there are a lot of scams out there. But these folks were above board and professional in all of our dealings and I would definitely recommend them."
