"Kenny Milner did a beautiful job of carefully removing broken ceramic tiles without damage to surrounding tiles. He filled in spaces under surrounding tiles where the slip had been carelessly spread. The carelessness was the reason the corners of the ceramic tiles were so fragile. He moved grout from all the tiles, replaced it. His work was fast, professional, neat. I will recommend him to all my friends and contractors I might know. He responded much more quickly than other companies to requests for estimates and insurance. He arrived at all appointments on time. We were desperate to get the job done, so I paid him more than his usual fees. But it was worth it."

"I was long over due on doing a addition/ remodeling project on my house. I had Victor come out and I went over what my plans were and what I had envisioned. He was quick to offer solutions that met the cities guidelines, which meant part of my addition would be 2 stories, to allow room for my master suite. They prepared the plans worked out all the details with me. The scope of our project was; adding a master suite, enlarging the family room, kitchen remodel, powder room remodel, and some other misc. work.
