"Do NOT Work With ServiceChampion Unprofessional, Unreliable, Unresponsive I deeply regret choosing ServiceChampion for my HVAC installation. It has been a nightmare from start to finish. They installed a malfunctioning AC unit in October, and despite MONTHS of trying to resolve the issue, it still doesnt work. Heres a breakdown of their failures: Incompetent Installation: The system has been plagued with problems since day one thermostat malfunctions, the heat pump failing, and constant disconnections. Poor Communication: Ive made countless phone calls and emails, often receiving empty responses or no reply at all. The communication has been fragmented and disorganized. Unclear Solutions: Even when they identify a potential issue, they take forever to provide a solution. Technicians seem unsure, and Ive been given conflicting information. Lack of Accountability: Despite promises of a 100% satisfaction guarantee, theyve wasted my time, money, and caused immense stress especially with a new baby in the house. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."
