The Installation crew was not quite as professional as others I've had, like Garrison and Garrison, who I had last year do the exact same work on the other American Standard unit in my house. They sort of rushed through their work. I wished that the chief installer had stayed arround a little longer to make sure the unit blower speed and cycle time was optimal, given that this unit is more efficient than the old one. The XL15i is a very good efficient unit. <br /> I decided to upgrade my dead units from American Standard to Trane due to a longer warranty, 12 yrs on Trane versus 10 yrs on American Standard and that Trane units have a cover over the top of them which keeps leaves and other debris from falling in them. I might have stayed with Garrison and Garrison but something went wrong with their sales agreement with the local Trane distributor. <br />"
