I called him several weeks after and left a voice message but he did not respond. He finally got back to me and checked the roof 12/20/18. He believes none of the leaks are his fault. Geno sent me pictures of the roof showing leaves were clogging the drain. He also said the leak close to the skylight is because of the age of the skylight and not the work he did."

The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. "So-so experience. Job was bid and performed in the depths of the recession - I think he priced it so low that he needed to cut corners. Plus: did job quickly, when scheduled. Old roof was removed with only medium amount of mess. New roof went on OK. He did an OK job installing a skylight in the new roof. Minus: He reused the old gutters, which I would not recommend anyone else do - they were pretty battered by the time they had been removed and replaced. Some of them still don't drain right. Here's the worst part: on the last day, one of his guys fell off the roof. My wife was in the dining room and saw him bounce off our back stairs and land on the grass. Fortunately, he didn't seem to be badly hurt, as he ultimately landed on boggy grass. However, Scheinfeld, when told about this, took more than an hour to show up, and the injured worker called us a few days later asking for our homeowner's policy info, thinking that we would be paying for his medical care - can you believe it? I run a small business and am very familiar with the concept of Workmen's Comp - no telling what was going on between Scheinfeld and his workers, but something seemed to be very, very wrong. A couple of our gutters still don't drain right, despite several calls to have them adjusted. But the roof no longer leaks."

Extra care was taken to insure that our trees, shrubs, and roses were not damaged as they were against the house. The cleanup was great as well!
