The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The one negative is around clean up. A month later I find a few roofing nails in the yard and some misc old shingle and roof paper debris that comes from gutters, bushes and trees. Not a large amount and I hear from others that had their roofs replaced this is normal. For the approximate estimate the roof surface area is 2942 or 29.42 squares."
