"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I had Evan come out to give me an estimate on some "popped" siding. He fixed the siding on the spot and then after talking to him further about other work that I wanted done, gave me an estimate on installing a staircase on my deck. We scheduled the work, he persevered with all the issues the township posed, and completed to job. Because of issues with the township and the job being delayed, when he started the job he could only have one worker on site. His worker (I believe his name was Marlin??) did a fabulous job and worked hard on his own to get it completed in time. I couldn't be happier."

"Excellent company to deal with , we had 4 estimates lined up 2 never showed or called , the 3rd one was very obnoxious and insisted we sign before seeing Elite . Glad we did not do that , the 3rd sales rep even tried to bad mouth other companies which I do not like . We signed with Elite back in July , and as with everything else Covid delayed products and install . Our project was just recently completed and we are ecstatic !! Will highly recommend them."

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."
