"Mike called when he realized his first appointment was going to run a little long. He arrived a little earlier than his revised schedule. Mike explained what he would doing and that it would take less than 3 hours. Mike had, on his truck. the proper step ladder to access our 19 foot ceiling. He took down the 2 old fans, assembled the new fans, hung them, attached the light fixtures, and also wired in the remote for one of the fans. Mike completed the work in about 2.5 hours, cleaned up, and helped move the sofa back into place. Overall, I thought he did a great job. The fans don't wiggle and look great. He also reminded me before he left, that they guarantee their work for a year."

"Set up appointment with (Hugo) to fix a bad circuit breaker. He came over and he repaired the affected CB. I asked him about refurbishing the CB panel and he said that Swift had a 'program' to do a refresh for the panel We negotiated a final amount, and he showed the following Monday and did the work. He completed the work with new breakers, cleaned up the mess inside the box--and he rearranged the wiring to provide a very professional appearance inside of it. It will be significantly easier for me to change out breakers at a future date if I am so inclined. Thank you."
