"Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions. However, the manufacturer’s retro-fit kit was faulty due to a very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer’s representatives stated it “should.” Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer’s design flaw – not Benny and Coco’s work. Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping – until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit – despite the manufacturer’s second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced. Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I’m glad to say we now have a “family” plumber!"

Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again. </p> <br />"

"It was good. Everything turned out fine. I bought the external warranty. They couldn't find the right water heat tank size and so, they had to get a different size and they charged me more for that. I paid another $100 more for the water tank size and the warranty was $400 more. They came out to do the work within a week or two, it was pretty quick. They did a good job but I would have liked it if they had put down like some cardboard or paper. The water heater is located inside the home and so it would have been nice if they had put down a paper or something to cover the carpet up. He just put the water heater with all the dripping water on my carpet. It looked like he was kind of in a hurry because first, he didn't have the right water heater size. He had to leave and come back. That is the only reason I gave them a B, other than that everything seemed fine. They were responsive. They told me when they were going to be there and, they were there the same time they said. I would probably use somebody else in future."
