"The process of finishing my basement and installation of storm doors and minor electric around the house was positive from start to finish. Business was conducted in a professional, friendly manor. Communication regarding the work to be done, pricing and time frames was excellent. The crew that performed the work were trustworthy to the point that I gave a key to my home allowing them to come in and get the work done when I wasn't home. Throughout the job the crew communicated next steps asking for and taking into account my expectations, they were friendly, professional and extremely hard working. Work was completed within the projected time frame, with the work reaching all my expectations and beyond."

""My apartment building drained through parapet scuppers into exterior conductor heads and downspouts. During heavy storms, water backed up at two scuppers even when the downspouts were clean. The old roof had shallow low areas that directed more water toward one outlet than the others. Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn's drainage review was completed before the replacement design was finalized. The scuppers and conductor heads were assessed together rather than assuming that a larger roof drain alone would solve the problem. Their dimensions and elevations were adjusted as part of the work, while the exterior leaders remained in their established locations. The existing modified-bitumen roof and wet insulation were removed to the wood deck. Damaged decking was limited to the areas beneath the two overflowing scuppers. New tapered insulation divided the roof into more balanced drainage areas and formed sumps at each outlet."

"John and his crew recently redid the entire outside of the house. Tore off the old and installed new siding, trim, soffits, etc. He was very fairly priced. John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. Additionally his recommendation for a gutters installer was great too. We have received a lot of compliments from neighbors and others walking by. I would absolutely recommend John Cecere Siding"

We were so impressed with the speed in which they completed the job (less than 1 day). Everyone we dealt with, from Oscar, to Donna, to our roofing foreman, were courteous and professional. "This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."
