What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. He arranged for a brand new panel to be installed (using my garage door company) and paid for it. No hassles, no excuses the replacement was taken care of immediately.
