"The gentleman in the office was so nice! He got a technician out to my house the same day as well. Our furnace was on its last leg and we knew it so we decided to replace it. Air Care made it so easy. They were there the next day to replace it and the install guys were so polite and professional. Highly recommend these guys if you need any help on your furnace or AC. "The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."
