"We live in Eden, Ga, near Savannah. We just had our roof done by Ragsdale Roofing September 3, 4, 2021. Over the last few months, I had 14 companies come and inspect. Only 7 gave estimates. The only one that mentioned I may have issues with my rafters was Beau Ragsdale of Ragsdale Roofing and Innovations. He was patient, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. Thomas came out, thoroughly inspected the issues, provided a clear quote, and then Chase got to work right away. The two make a fantastic team and communicate clearly throughout the process. The major problem I had involved improper flashing. Chase removed the continuous flashing and installed proper step flashing, which required additional siding work.
