So instead of doing what was in the quote which wouldnt fix my problem completely, he set out to fix the problem completely while still staying within the quote price. "I called the number and easily made an appointment for same day service.  The lady that took the call was polite and friendly.  They gave me a 3hr. window, which I thought was fair.  30 minutes before arrival, they called me to let me know the technician was on his way.  John and his assistant arrived as promised.
