"They were very prompt with coming out for initial estimate. We first met with Robert who was very knowledgeable, but a little pushy and very salesman like. At that time we did proceed with window order but not door. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel initial order. We did go to office a while later and met with Richard who was awesome and not at all pushy. We ended up ordering windows, doors and shutters. Richard was great and patient, despite us making two order changes (decided to enlarge one window and not get grids in the front door sidelights). Overall installers did a good job, there are a couple things I wish they had discussed better with my husband and myself. When all is said and done I am happy with our experience and purchase."

"Jim was very responsive and took a detailed approach to installing windows, a new front door with sidelights, and a side door. He and his installer were able to work with our family and dogs coming and going. They got the work done in two days with minimal time when our house was exposed to the elements. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional throughout the project. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I am very pleased with the new front door installation. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"The Window Nation techs arrived early, were friendly, and worked diligently. They replaced the windows one at a time, setting up plastic sheeting on both sides to reduce the mess. They also vacuumed after each new window was replaced. When in the bedrooms, they would close the doors to keep the cold out as it was cold and wet on installation day. When finished, they went over opening and closing the windows which would allow for cleaning both the inside and outside and how the sliding door worked. I am extremely happy with the new windows and with Window Nation. I would highly recommend them."
