He (Vince, the owner) was kind, energetic and gentlemanly, but more than anything, had indepth mostly knowledgable of the products available, and came back almost immediately with a fair price. Then the process starts with ordering materials, which did not take long. His employee who did the install, Jose, could have not been a nicer person besides being the most efficient quality work-person I have seen in years.
