"It's been more that 2 weeks and I am still waiting for info on maintenance of kitchen cabinets and counter tops. a receipt for the payments made. and also the rebate of $380 for the fraudulent expense of the plumbing work which was not listed any where on our contract... my patience is wearing out .. i am trying to end this nightmare . Why has no one contacted me ? Nicole said she could not authorise that payment but Eric could and put me onto his voice mail . Still no response. Is there any one who like to save your company from a terrible review? What about your 5 star guarantee? "

We had a plumbing issue with 60 year old cast iron pipes. Zacc got the correct expert on the case and it was resolved quickly and for less money than what we had been quoted a year prior for a full house re-plumb.
