I love dealing with local businesses because of this, The owner assured us that he would take care of everything and even took care of all the insurance paperwork. They got our home dry in about three days, they made sure we had no mold and are even sending someone back a few times to take air samples to make sure there is no mold. Rohan(owner of H2O Dryout) is a true professional and showed my wife and I that he cared! He was really concerned for the safety of our son and wanted to make sure they did their very best work. I don't know of too many companies that care about their clients in that fashion.
Its a very unsettling thing to come home and see 2 inches of water all over your floors, drywall sucking up water and the smell of stagnent water for a few days didn't help either. I really thought we had a disaster in our hands. All I can say is that H2O Dryout made something bad that happened to us and took ownership of it and made it right for us.
