"In the past we’ve avoided getting into agreements or contracts with our home security providers but felt comfortable and confident doing so with Safe Streets. Their monitoring and surveillance centers are nationwide and open 24 hours. They made the process really easy and informed us of all the benefits by being under monitoring agreement. Told both of our neighbors about our experience and they plan to sign up too."

"Dave is Professional and Very kind. He was a GREAT help and new exactly what I had to be installed. I purchased a system with Best Buy at which they sell a product and are clueless on installing. Once the Geek Squad agent came to my home and got the sale Best Buy was done with me and left me hanging with no install. I found this Company and Dave saved the day, his crew John and Jo Jo were amazing, Professional, kind and very knowledgeable. They new exactly what to do and did a GREAT Job. YES I would Hire again. Im a blog reader and the negatives on here, well my opinion ignore them. Yes I will admit they did show up late, especially on a blistering hot day. But the job was done same day. Thanks you guys for a satisfied job :)"

"The experience is great. I highly recommend them for camera and audio surveillance."

"We own a small family operated jewelry store and decided to get ADT for protection and surveillance. Prior, we just had Ring and it was not sufficient or reliable. This has clearer cameras and a much better app experience. Happy with our new system and equipment."

"This was one of the few security companies willing to do an installation only job. The others wanted to add unneeded things to make it into a bigger job than it was. This company was honest and straightforward and I would recommend them to others."

"These gentlemen are complete professionals. And then make sure everything is perfectly installed and working. I couldn t be happier."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
