"Clayton and his team performed great in installing our concrete patio, on time and on budget and I donâ t want to have a negative review about his work at all. However, he suggested a contractor (Keith) to stain my existing patio and do an overlay on my back porch. This contractor came and gave me an estimate and I accepted it based on Claytonâ s recommendation. The contractor put stain in our concrete and also came back and did an overlay on our existing patio slab with a different border color. A month later the freeze occurred and when everything thawed the stain on my patio lifted off and looked terrible. Keith came and looked at it and said the stain lifting off was due to the freeze and he had several customers that had contacted him about the same issue. He blamed the manufacturer. Had I known the stain finish was subject to freezing I never would have spent the money. Also the overlay on my back porch chipped off. Keith came and looked at it and said it need to be redone. He sent another contractor to do the repair and the color was very orange instead of brown. Keith came and looked at it and said it needed to be removed and redone. I have texted him several times with no response. Since that time he will not return my texts. No bad reviews on Clayton and All Out, but look elsewhere for your staining and overlaysâ ¦.."

"The quality of work was okay, but the problem began when the company who were doing my patio cover called and said they could not proceed because the city permit had not been pulled for the concrete work Mr. Martinez had done. I called Mr. Martinez and asked if he had pulled a permit from the city for the concrete pad and he said, he didn't know he had to pull one, that's hard for me to believe. I told him that for me to move forward with my patio cover the city of Selma said he need to come by and do the paperwork for the permit. The cost was $500 and he said if he pulled a permit now, he would have to removed the concrete he had poured and redo it (not my problem). I told him the city said i could do the permit myself and sign the form. I ask him because he fail to pull the permit, would you he be willing to pay half of the cost of the permit ($250) if I did the city permit myself, he said he would and he would bring his portion over the follow Tuesday. After not hearing from Mr. Martinez I sent a text on Tuesday and I called him on Wednesday and he has yet to reply to either. I believe when you have a business and you fail to do what you say you're going to do, it breaks a line of trust. So for that reason I would not recommend Mr. Martinez business to anyone. I recommend if you choose to use this business, make sure you get everything in writing before the work begins. I didn't and it cost me more money."

"Brought TG Concrete Solutions out for an estimate and Juan showed up early and exactly on time. I was asking for a lot of work and the cost was very reasonable. He and two others got with it soon and had to remove a flagstone patio and deck and haul all that away. These guys worked hard and put in full days completing the entire job in just 5 working days! They dug down deep and removed very large rocks and about 2 yards of soil, laying extensive rebar and giving me a 6” slab, another deeper elevation and some very beautiful and solid steps. These guys are the best with the most professional and solid work as you will find. I highly recommend TG Concrete and was blessed to have had this company take on and do an outstanding job. Making me happy and listening to all my input and requests takes a lot and the attitude and the communication with these guys made it easy. Everything is perfect."
