"Clayton and his team performed great in installing our concrete patio, on time and on budget and I donâ t want to have a negative review about his work at all. However, he suggested a contractor (Keith) to stain my existing patio and do an overlay on my back porch. This contractor came and gave me an estimate and I accepted it based on Claytonâ s recommendation. The contractor put stain in our concrete and also came back and did an overlay on our existing patio slab with a different border color. A month later the freeze occurred and when everything thawed the stain on my patio lifted off and looked terrible. Keith came and looked at it and said the stain lifting off was due to the freeze and he had several customers that had contacted him about the same issue. He blamed the manufacturer. Had I known the stain finish was subject to freezing I never would have spent the money. Also the overlay on my back porch chipped off. Keith came and looked at it and said it need to be redone. He sent another contractor to do the repair and the color was very orange instead of brown. Keith came and looked at it and said it needed to be removed and redone. I have texted him several times with no response. Since that time he will not return my texts. No bad reviews on Clayton and All Out, but look elsewhere for your staining and overlaysâ ¦.."

"Jeff was (and continues to be) amazing. He and his crew built the most beautiful custom pool for me that transformed my backyard. I interviewed all the big companies in town and choosing Jeff was the best decision I ever made. Jeff sent me designs and accomplished everything I asked for. He designed a waterfall with beautiful steps up on either side that was also a shelf of sorts for my kids to safely jump off of, it's gorgeous and functional. He listened to my ideas and made it a reality! He poured a huge, beautiful concrete deck which he stained and stamped, and had his people install new sprinklers systems and landscaping so I wasn't left with a dirty mud filled yard. He installed step lights around the pool in the concrete and put accent lights in my trees. Jeff was there every step of the way, personally overseeing each phase of the process. Was the process completely free of frustrations... no. It took time, and there were some snags, but Jeff always did his very best to make it right. I am writing this review today because even now that my pool is done and I get to enjoy it every day, looking back on the experience I would not hesitate to hire Jeff again. He is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work."
