"It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day I called. Kody and his coworker arrived on time. He thoroughly checked the faucet and plumbing. He confirmed that the situation did not cause any harm to the plumbing in the wall and there were no leaks. I decided not to have him investigate further because that would involve breaking tile and I felt that as long as there are no leaks or plumbing issues, I didn't want to take any further actions. The plastic cartridge was damaged during the investigation so we scheduled a second appointment which allowed me to pick up a new cartridge for him install. While he was working, I had lots of questions for Kody to make sure I understood and to ensure everything else was perfectly safe to use. He was very patient with me and answered my questions in a way I understood. I would definitely use George Plumbing again."

Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can&apos;t change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn&apos;t take long and wasn&apos;t complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn&apos;t get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn&apos;t like the price. Don&apos;t accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn&apos;t for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."
