"He was able to to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. I was told my my another plumber that I needed a auger for my drain on the roof amd he didn’t do that. Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues.
