I have even had other roofing companies say they can get insurance to pay for my roof but were not able to do that, we kept getting denied or only approved for repairs. William was fully transparent, and I could tell he was genuine and honest. He got my ENTIRE metal roof replaced through my homeowners insurance (I did not pay a dime, their inspector even found more things that could be considered storm damage around the house, and got to keep some money) and followed through on all his promises. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering getting their roof replaced through insurance. His crew was kind, smiling, and cleaned up my property soooo well! completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had

When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year.
