"Tommy stated he really did not think the sound we heard was dripping water, but rather expanding pipes reacting to the running water. we were given the option of having the walls opened up to search for a leak, but Tommy said he did not think it really necessary.  A less honest provider might have encouraged the additional work and expense, but Tommy did not even charge us for the visit when he discovered there wasn't an actual leak.  Such integrity it so be admired. <br />"

"If Cody is a representation of ALLGOOD as a company, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic! We have an infant at home (7 weeks) and Cody with ALLGOOD was 100% respectful of that. 5-Star on that aspect alone. Also, it was a bad job to take on (think: sewage drain lines). The job turned into one that was much larger in scope than we initially thought. No delay, they returned the next day and began their repair (they worked into the evenings on the first two nights). It was beyond what we were hoping for. They even corrected issues that were dormant until the initial repairs were made. In other words, after they got 1/2 of the system working properly, and other issues popped up because the first 1/2 was finally working properly and they jumped on those too. Plumbing works like new construction in a 60 year old house!!! Always available by text, cell direct to the crew working your project. This worked for my work schedule perfectly!!! Office staff was awesome too, calls upon scheduling and dispatch. NO WAITING FOR AN ENDLESS OPEN ENDED WINDOW!!! Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but, as a detail oriented person, it was well worth it. Plumbing is something that no one sees or thinks about in a home until it goes wrong, Cody's work added a feeling of security to our system and I am sure will add security and comfort to any prospective future buyer. "I couldn't ask for a better plumbing experience!!!  As you see below, I'd been procrastinating with repairs, partly due to a fear of being taken for a ride with my money... or should I say away from my money. <br />  After playing phone tag for a couple of days due to illness of his staff, Ronny and I connected yesterday, mid-afternoon.  I explained what was going on  - (one toilet with a major leak, a second one inoperable, and a water heater ready to die) - and we arranged a visit later in the afternoon.  When he and his assistant Antonio arrived a little before 5, I thought he was there to consult and set up a later appointment.  WRONG! <br /> They stayed almost 5 HOURS (including two trips to HD and Lowes)  and totally set me and my plumbing (household) straight!!! <br /> I learned my water heater was 34 years old.  They had some messy jobs with old pipes and such, but both guys remained very nice and friendly, as well as professional and informative. <br /> I spent more than I'd planned, but now everything is done; and in my opinion, the price was more than fair, especially considering the time and the length of the visit. <br /> I strongly recommend 24/7, especially to those with the same fears I had before going into it! <br /> GIANT thanks to 24/7 and to Angie's List!!! <br />   <br />"
