"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

He gave his estimates and promised to come the next day morning to complete the project. He was on time and did a great job and on budget. He is very courteous and respectful of customers and their property. He is great about recommending how things should be done so that they look the best. But, ultimately, he makes sure he does exactly what the customer wants and that it is done to the customerâ  s satisfaction. Weâ  ve had him do multiple projects and love all the results. The latest was a redo of a very old concrete walkway, steps, and retaining walls. To put the finishing touches, he replaced old, overgrown shrubs with beautiful azaleas and mulch. Very happy !!!!!"

"The work performed by Donnie and his team was great. My siding was cracking and falling down due to poor materials and bad installation done by the builder. I love the paint they used to finish the job. I have the best looking house in the subdivision. Donnie also fixed my electrical problems, a plumbing problem I had been having, and rehung my entrance way chandelier. These are all problems created by a not so good builder.
