With in the week, Jaime arrived to my home and submitted a quote for siding replacement and exterior painting. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to choose Encompass Contracting and it was the best decision. Jaime scheduled to have the building materials delivered and start date for the job. Encompass Contracting crew arrived promptly and began working. During the work I added a few more items for repair, new porch screens, utility building repair / paint and a detailed exterior painting. Jaime had no problem with accommodating my extra request. There installer was fantastic, Randy is the Best- very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on home remodels and kitchens. The only thing that upsets me is that I have not seen or heard from the salesmen since I signed the contract. I have only dealt with the installer Randy and the Kitchen Project Manager Patrick. "What a fantastic deck and fence. All synthetic, lifetime guarantee, and they will come out as many times as needed to be sure you are happy with your product and service. Not the cheapest around, for sure, but you get what you pay for in most cases, this is one of those. Cedar and pressure treated wood decks and fences are a terrible investment; my deck and fence will look the same on day one as they do years from now when the wood deck or fence are being replaced for the 3rd or 4th time. "Used Angi to find help on 1-10-2025. Of the six companies I requested estimates from, Alonsos was the only one that responded. It was the next day. We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for future work."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
