The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. "I contacted Yard Xpression (YX) for a patio in February. I had seen their display at a Kroger last year but couldn't afford the project at the time. I called YX hopimg to get the project done early this year so I started the process in February. I cant say enough about how responsive YX was. I had called multiple companies for quotes and not only did YX get back to me the same day, but they were 1 of only 2 to even call me back.
YX was helpful and patient in the whole process while my wife and I decided on all the specifics of our project, and even helped us in some design elements. They continued their timely responses and made the process very easy, and we're even flexible on some dates so that I could be home to see the completion.
As for the project itself, we couldn't be happier. The patio turned out just great and luckily the weather has been great so we have been able to get a lot of use out of it already. I would happily recommend YX again for a friend or another landscaping project. Great overall experience."

George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.
