"Michael, the Foreman came to give us quotes for doing our siding. We were quoted one side and advised that doing all other sides wouldn't be that much more since the workers were already here and the materials were available. we agreed to all sides. The men started the work and finished in a few days. There was no updated paperwork for the quote. low and behold, the final invoice did not reflect the price that was quoted. Supposedly, the price that was given to us for all sides, was IN ADDITION to the original quote for the one side. That is not how it was communicated to us. A few weeks later, we reached out to them as we noticed that after their siding job was completed, our gutters aren't catching the rain water as it did before and rain pours down our front door perfusely. We called and left several messages, sent many emails and no response. It's 4 months later and they still have not acknowledged any of our calls or messages. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION"
