"It was easy to make an appointment -- they had many availabilities. On the day of the cleaning, they called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they moved furniture around and got the rooms ready for cleaning. They were very quick and efficient. We were impressed that they were able to get a grease stain out of the carpet in one room (the stain has since resurfaced, or 'wicked back up', but it looks much better than it did). After cleaning, they reassembled the rooms.
