Since our meetings take place in your home or office, we’ll work with you to help visualize a design solution that aligns with your taste, space, and budget. From window treatments, wallcoverings, and flooring to bedding, furniture, and all the final touches of accessories, we handle it all!
"(1) 8 weeks into a 2-3 week completion plan (as stated on our paperwork), and our project still is not complete. Jan assured us before we signed the contract that *she has never in 25 years not finished a job on time*. Now she says the timetable was an estimate that only included demo and cabinet installation, and not even the granite, the sink installation, etc. One reason we went with them was the 2-3 week completion plan. (2) Jan did not start following up with us until we emailed her 7 weeks into the project saying they had one more week to complete it and then we would start deducting money from the balance due. Since then she has blamed the contractor, her office assistant, and now us. Totally unprofessional. (3) No one from her company was here when the granite people showed up before cabinets were completely installed, and gave us a hard time that the project was not ready for them. Jan also sent them a drawing with an island overhang, which we told her from the very beginning we did not want. (4) There was, and still is, a huge issue over a wine rack that was in the original itemized list, and now she is telling us is custom and takes 8-12 weeks to complete. (5) Our advice is to make sure every last item is in the contract and go over the spec sheet with a fine-tooth comb because Jan will refer to the signed contract with little regard for what she told you verbally. Better yet; do not use them, hire someone else."
