"High Quality Painting does far more than painting and we hired them to renovate and expand our kitchen and relocate our bathroom. My wife and I are an interior designer and architect, respectively, and drew up the design ourselves, which included some high-end finishes. Salvador made several recommendations that we followed to improve the design. His team was polite and worked 8am-5pm, six days a week, until the work was complete. Any home renovation is going to be painful for the residents, but Salvador and his team reduced our discomfort and anxiety with good communications and effective dust control measures. His costs were fair and well-documented and he worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even had his team make improvements to our HVAC (that we had not asked for) to improve the air flow in the home. We had one call back for a correction, which Salvador promptly fixed. My wife and I highly recommend Salvador and his team and would definitely hire them again."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "We are very happy with the work that DAL Builders did on our project. Tim is so easy to work with. He is very communicative which was super helpful (especially during a pandemic!). We have worked with contractors in the past who I have struggled to get to return calls but Tim was always on top of our project. Even with all the delays due to COVID - he would periodically reach out to us unprompted and let us know the status of our items. He is also extremely budget conscious. Tim let us know up front the areas of the project that were "unknown" budget wise (for example he did not know how bad the rot was going to be around our door frame) but was able to give us a realistic estimate of what it might cost best and worst case scenario. In projects past with other contractors - in the end we were anywhere from 15-20% over budget. With Tim I believe we were less than 5% over budget and that overage was really just due to the "unknowns". We have never had a renovation come this close to budget (and we gutted our house so we have lots of experience with contractors and budgets). We are happy with the way the work looks and Tim was quick to resolve any issues we had. His crew is courteous, thorough, and always show up when they are supposed to. I don't think there was one time where I had to call Tim and tell him no one was here when they were supposed to be. Overall - we are really happy with the work that was done and the management of the whole project. We would definitely use DAL Builders again!"

"I hired Jose and his team to inspect and repair some water damage on the walls of two bathrooms. They were very quick to find the source of each problem, repair the problem, and then install new drywall. They were highly communicative the entire time so I was always aware of what was happening and could make decisions as needed. The finished product in both bathrooms is excellent. The walls look identical to my previous bathroom designs with a more suitable moisture-resistant drywall and paint compared to what I previously had.
