"I really love the Golden Group. We had them replace our asphalt roof on our house. We had gotten bids from five companies and Golden Group just stood out to me as a company driven by honesty and integrity. We had planned on the roof replacement happening on Wednesday last week - but had a family emergency. The guys showed up at 7 am and started getting setup (right on time), my wife talked with them and they packed up gave me the number for Freddy and said for us to call and they'd return within 48 hours. They even sent flowers expressing their concern for our family emergency. We called Monday they came back Wednesday just like they said. They showed up right after 7 am and got started setting up and worked hard all day. Everything they did was clearly described and they did exactly what they said they would. Not a single surprise. They explained everything all day long - as the project progressed - they showed what was going on and what was happening next. Each step obvious and easy to understand. We ended up having eleven new pieces of plywood - not a surprise. We knew the old roof needed replacing and that just showed it really needed fixing even worse than we imagined. No other problems came up which was good to hear. Clean up, they used an industrial magnet over our yard three times to get up any stray nails. All the old asphalt shingles and anything else - nice and neatly cleaned up. Like other folks have said The Golden Group did an excellent job, very professional very nice folks. I really couldn't ask for any better they did an absolutely wonderful job for us."

I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. "I had them completely the siding and roof on the backside of my house, which included a very tall/high chimney. They also touched up other trim work around the house and painted everything to match my existing trim. They really did a great job. The workmanship was great, the follow - up and customer services was superior. I will definitely use them again They really are the best company I’ve dealt with in years! "Gary came out and told me exactly how they'd replace my deck. He spared me the sales pitch that other contractors gave me, which I really appreciated. The materials actually arrived sooner than expected, and they started work early (when has that ever happened?). The crew demolished my old 8'x18' deck and replaced it with a new, code-compliant deck in 4 business days. They did excellent work and kept me up to date on progress the whole time. They took the care to blend in the new deck with my existing vinyl siding. The whole thing looks great and is solid. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work.
