"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "I have one side of my house that has been prone to cracking since I became homeowner 12 1/2 years ago. I have had the cracks repaired to varying degrees only to return. I saw a neighbor that hired South Coast Plastering and Stucco and they told me they were very satisfied. William Stewart came to my home while working on the neighbor's and measured. He promptly quoted the work with a military discout. He included a few other items I requested in the quote. He seemed to cover a range of skillsets which I appreciated. He was the first contractor to suggest adding expansion joints every 12 feet to restrict future cracking. I had enough information from him to realize he was honest and experienced. I did not get the work done when I originally wanted to start but we worked out a start date in the spring. I was surprised at how many in the crew showed up to get the job started. Building the scaffolding, pressure washing etc. The crew was very courteous and careful with keeping the job site clean. The job was done in three days. Rather impressive for an 80x14 wall with several other smaller jobs. William came back to my home a couple weeks later to inspect the job (and give me a t-shirt!). He noticed some areas that need to be retouched, including some cracks near my front door I did not know I had. He said he would send someone back in the next week to correct the small punch list of items and fix the small cracks on the other side of my house. I have nothing but good things to say about William Stewart and Ashley Heaton. You can trust they will get the job done correctly and do everything they can to satisfy you."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
