Wright straightened the wall, installed French drains on two sides of the house, insulated the interior walls and ceiling of the basement, and installed a thick plastic vapor barrier on the floor. They poured about four inches of cement on the floor and installed a heater that will keep the temperature above freezing in the basement. This makes it easier to turn on the water and to heat the upstairs if I come up in the winter. The cost was about $40,000. I was very pleased with Wright's workmanship, responsiveness and the quality of their staff. I would recommend Wright without hesitation to anyone with an engineering problem."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
