"Chris and crew showed up Saturday morning to finish forming for the pour and started pouring in great weather just over half way through, the winds and rain came out of nowhere. The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"We were looking for an all-inclusive landscaping company to completely redo our backyard, which had been a muddy, poorly graded safety hazard for nearly a year following concrete removal and extensive sewer work in early 2018. Among those I contacted to get an estimate for the work, Matt was the quickest to schedule an appointment, and he returned a detailed estimate to me in less than a week. His original price was a little higher than we could afford, but he was willing to work within our budget so he altered/deleted a few items to meet our financial needs. Even so, his estimates for all aspects of the project were exceptionally reasonable and he was one of the few who treated the job as something worth his time (most others gave me the impression that it was a 'small job' and not one they wanted or needed). While there were a few unexpected interruptions due to poor weather, the crews were able to complete the job in a timely manner, which was certainly impressive. However, what impressed me most was the dedication and care they put into their work. For example, they took nearly 5 full days to prep the ground, install the underlayment, and place the pavers for our brand new travertine patio, which is both stunning to look at and practical all at the same time. We have had countless positive comments from neighbors and friends with several people asking for Matt's information so they can have the same kind of patio installed in their yards. Furthermore, Matt and his crew were exceptionally considerate of my requests as the job progressed, making adjustments along the way to meet my expectations. Those who saw the yard before the crews started their work are simply amazed by the transformation. I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them for any landscaping project!"

"We looked around for about a year or so to find a good sprinkler installer. We discovered many had gotten out of this business market. However, thanks to Angie's list we found one and also received a great deal on the quote (Sept., off-peak work)! Woods did the full, professional job: layout design for review with the quote; answered our questions (since we are new to having this type of lawn feature); and on the day of the job: thorough trenching (even under sidewalks and into the plant beddings); they used high quality components (heads & springs). We couldn't be happier! I waited sometime after the job for my review, to assure my happiness was well warranted: it is! Woods does a fantastic job in sprinkler systems design & installation."

"It went well. Mr. Seals, the owner himself, showed up on time, but his assistants came later. Mr. Seals did some of the work himself as well as his assistants. I am glad that Mr. Seals stayed onsite, because one of his workers broke the electrical plate surrounding my switch that he was replacing and didn’t say anything to myself or Mr. Seals. It was actually Mr. Seals who noticed this and notified me. He immediately cleaned up the mess and fortunately he had another electrical plate on his truck that he installed to replace the one his assistant broke."

"I have been living in my Plano home for about 2 years now and my fence was old enough that I decided to replace it. In traveling through the neighborhood, some of the best built fences had a “Barletta Construction” nameplate. So I decided to give them a call and and spoken with Julio - the owner. Julio was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When he came to the house to measure the fence, he reviewed every detail and made meticulous notes. He was prompt about getting a detailed quote back to me and was extremely easy to work with. The price was in line with my budget expectations based on the quality of the fences I have seen - Not the bottom price estimate, but the by far the best value in terms of quality. His crew came out to the house as scheduled and did an excellent job. They installed an 8’ fence that replaced an old 6’ fence along with correcting any of the foundational issues from the old fence. What we were left with is exceptional!! This truly transformed our backyard and gives us additional privacy, plus an upgrade to the aesthetic. I would highly recommend Julio and Barletta Construction."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Bonham, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
