"From the first meeting with Ed and Claudia, my family knew we were in great hands. They listened to our needs and wants and offered advice to help us make the best decisions for our family. During the design process, all the details we reviewed and the team listened. The final design was exactly what I wanted. Once Ritz began the remodel, I was kept in the loop from permits, inspections, timelines, and everything else. I was never guessing. The project manger, Aiden, listened to all my questions and made sure I understood each decision made. When it came to the details, Aiden was always a phone call away. He spent hours working to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the end results. Ritz was professional and timely and even completed the project within in the timeframe (over a month earlier than projected). During demolition, the crew worked to overcome any challenges that came their way. The construction process moved quickly and each team was professional. All subcontractors were part of the team ( plumbing, flooring, painting, etc.) they always were professional and answered any questions I had. Even during a pandemic, Ritz was able to design and build my dream home. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the remodel. Aiden is knowledgeable with his skills and handy work and led the team with excellence. Eddie designed a home that met all my family needs. The crews were top notch and the best of the best. "We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

Then they went silent for 2 months. I do not have the words. Professional, Reliable, Considerate (of me and my home), Neat, Clean, Polite, Respectful, Cost Effective, Friendly, and Thorough come to mind. They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair. Jair was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company, Friends & Brothers!"
